July 17-18th Located on Historic Main Street, in front of St. Anthony Main, Riverplace and Pillsbury A Mill. More than 250 Artist booths by professional artists selling a variety of quality products for all tastes and budgets.
May 20 Grand Opening of the new downtown Minneapolis library, designed by Cesar Pelli. The interior is handsome, inviting, exciting and beautifully detailed, with great sightlines and a center atrium that forces you to stare heavenward.
July 22nd The annual fireworks display over the Mississippi River at 10:00pm is by Zabelli, "the first family of fireworks". The show is the largest of the year in the Minneapolis Riverfront District.

June 2 - Aug 27 The 2006 Free outdoor summer music series will be celebrating its 25th year. The concerts are held in the courtyard between Tuggs Tavern and Vic's Restaurant. Every Fri. and Sat. from 7:30 pm till 10;30 pm and on Sun. from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Dec. 31 Enjoy the Minneapolis Riverfront District's salute to the New Years with the 8:30 pm family fireworks display.

Sept 2006 This "bout a 5k run" will be the 14th annual fun run from downtown Minneapolis through the Minneapolis Riverfront district with TUGGS TAVERN being the unofficialhalfway point for a refreshing sip of James Page Blubber Run James Page Beer. Dates, times and activities to be announced
May 1 Weather permitting the decks of Vic's and Tuggs Tavern and the patios of Pracna and the Aster Café will be open for lunch, diner and cocktails thru the spring, summer and fall month's. Come and enjoy the outdoors and the views of the skyline day and night.
